Case Management Support

Where are you based?

We offer remote therapy and assessment across the UK via secure video platforms. In-person sessions may be available in select locations (including Liverpool) depending on clinician availability and client needs.

Do you work with insurers or legal teams?

Yes — we accept referrals from case managers, solicitors, insurance providers, and rehabilitation agencies. We provide therapy, assessments, and reports suitable for court or medico-legal use.

What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, integrative psychotherapy, and neurodivergence-affirming therapy. All work is trauma-informed and tailored to your client’s presentation.

Do you provide ADHD and autism assessments?

Yes. We offer full diagnostic ADHD & ASD assessments for adults, and assess children from the age of 5 for ADHD. Reports include functional impact and recommendations, and can be used for care planning or court.

How long are therapy sessions?

Standard therapy sessions last 50 minutes. Assessment appointments vary depending on the tools used and may involve multiple sessions.

What does it cost?

Therapy sessions start from £110. ADHD/ASD assessments range from £650 to £2,200 depending on age and complexity. We provide a tailored quote after initial consultation.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — we offer a free 20-minute consultation to understand your referral needs and advise on the most appropriate service.

How quickly can my client be seen?

We aim to offer an intake appointment within 7 days of referral. Urgent cases can often be accommodated sooner — please let us know your timescales.

Will I receive updates as a case manager?

Yes. With client consent, we provide regular updates, progress summaries, and outcome reports. You’ll have a named clinician for each case and a clear communication pathway.

Do you work with high-risk or complex cases?

Yes — we specialise in supporting clients with trauma, neurodivergence, emotional dysregulation, and complex mental health histories. Risk is assessed and reviewed regularly.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. We follow strict GDPR and professional standards. Client confidentiality is protected, with consented updates shared only on a need-to-know basis.

Can you provide a report for court or tribunal?

Yes — we can produce therapy summaries, diagnostic assessments, and functional impact statements tailored to legal processes. Additional charges may apply depending on scope.

Can my client choose their therapist?

We’ll always aim to match clients with a therapist who fits their needs and preferences. Options can be discussed at intake.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

We offer flexible scheduling where possible, including evenings. Weekend slots may be available on request.
