Comprehensive Psychological & Psychiatric Support for Case Managers
pause... provides rapid, high-quality therapeutic and psychiatric services for adults, children, and young people. We work directly with case managers to deliver CBT, DBT, psychiatric assessments, ADHD/ASD assessments, and trauma-informed psychological interventions.
Our multidisciplinary team (MDT) comprises highly qualified clinicians trained to BACP standards, with postgraduate qualifications, and our service is BACP registered. Every full assessment is carried out by an appropriately qualified mental health specialist and discussed within the MDT to ensure accuracy, consistency, and client safety.

At pause... we believe wellbeing support should never feel out of reach. Our pricing structures are designed to be clear, fair, and guided by our values of accessibility, compassion, and integrity.
Transparency – We publish clear session costs with no hidden fees, so clients know exactly what to expect from the outset.
Affordability – We keep prices competitive and benchmarked against sector standards, ensuring that high-quality therapy and support remain accessible.
Sliding Scale Options – For those facing financial barriers, we offer flexible rates or payment plans, because nobody should be excluded from care when they need it most.
Ethical Balance – We ensure practitioners are fairly compensated for their expertise while keeping services reasonably priced, sustaining both the well-being of our team and our community.
Community Commitment – Part of our revenue is reinvested into pro-bono sessions, outreach, and group wellbeing initiatives for communities who might otherwise struggle to access support.
This balanced approach reflects our belief that strength can be found in stillness, and that care must always be both sustainable and inclusive.
