We are conscious that even with flexible payment plans, some clients may still experience financial difficulty. For this reason, pause…wellbeing also offers a means-tested low income, student, and benefits-based discount scheme for clients in genuine need. This scheme reflects our core values of accessibility, fairness, and social responsibility, and ensures that support remains available to those who may otherwise be unable to access private care.
