Combined Adult ADHD & Autism Assessment
Comprehensive, compassionate neurodiversity assessment – £1,300
(3–4 hour appointment with full diagnostic report and recommendations)
At Pause, we understand that ADHD and autism often overlap, and that many adults want a clear, joined-up picture of how their mind works. Our combined ADHD and autism assessment provides a single, integrated process — saving time, cost, and uncertainty.
This in-depth assessment helps you explore whether ADHD, autism, or both may be influencing your experiences, relationships, and wellbeing. We take time to listen, understand, and give you the clarity you deserve.
What the Assessment Includes
Your appointment lasts approximately 3–4 hours and is led by an experienced clinician who specialises in adult neurodiversity.
The assessment includes:
A detailed clinical interview exploring your developmental, emotional, and social history.
Use of validated diagnostic tools for both ADHD and autism (e.g. DIVA-5, AQ, EQ, RAADS, and related screening measures).
Consideration of other factors such as trauma, anxiety, or mood, to ensure an accurate and holistic understanding.
A comprehensive diagnostic report, including your results, diagnostic conclusions, and tailored recommendations for support, workplace adjustments, and wellbeing.
Optional referral to a trusted clinic for medication titration or therapy with our pause… clinicians if appropriate.
Who This Assessment Is For
This combined assessment is ideal for adults who:
Experience attention or focus difficulties alongside social or sensory differences.
Have previously received one diagnosis (ADHD or autism) and wish to explore the other.
Want a single, efficient process rather than two separate assessments.
Are seeking a recognised diagnosis for use in healthcare, education, or workplace settings.

At Pause, we believe in strength in the stillness — taking time to understand yourself without pressure or judgement. Our clinicians create a calm, compassionate space where you can reflect openly and be heard. Every assessment is conducted with empathy, professionalism, and neuro-affirming care.
